Description

<p>The City of Pomona is seeking bids from qualified contractors to perform as needed well rehabilitation services at multiple well sites throughout the City. The purpose of the contract is to provide well rehabilitation services on a “as-needed” basis throughout the City. The City reserves the right to award this contract to multiple contractors.</p><p>&nbsp;</p><p>The City seeks to award a three-year contract with two one-year extension options.</p><p>&nbsp;</p><p>The contractor shall provide all labor, materials, equipment, supervision, and incidentals necessary to repair, rehabilitate, redevelop, or maintain city-owned potable water wells.</p><p>&nbsp;</p><p>This work will be for on-call services only and will be established on an as-needed basis. A projected project bid sheet and hourly rate bid sheet are required to be filled out in their entirety to be evaluated.</p> <p>Required Qualifications and Experience:</p><p>The Contractor shall have a minimum of 6 years of current, continuous experience in well rehabilitation and pump replacement projects. Qualifying experience shall be under a contractor’s valid California State Contractor’s License with a classification C-57 and company name for 6 years or more. A copy shall be included with the proposal.</p><p>Contractor shall include at least 5 recent project experiences related to well-rehabilitation and pump replacement services with their bid proposal.</p><p><strong>&nbsp;</strong></p><p>The awarded bidder will be required to obtain a City of Pomona Business License.</p><p><strong>&nbsp;</strong></p><p><strong>Failure to meet any of these qualifications and experience will automatically be deemed non-responsive.</strong></p>
