<p>The City of Pomona is seeking informal quotes from qualified companies for the purchase and delivery of various grades of asphalt concrete material as specified herein. We are seeking a 5-year contract.</p><p><strong>Required Qualifications and Experience:</strong></p><p>The awarded bidder will be required to obtain a City of Pomona Business License if using a non-common carrier vehicle; in addition, a current certificate of liability insurance as described by the City.</p> <p>All materials supplied under this contract shall be in accordance with the "Standard Specifications for Public Works Construction," latest edition, published by Building News, Inc., 3055 Overland Ave., Los Angeles, CA 90034, hereinafter referred to as the Standard Specifications</p>
