Terms and Conditions
Last updated: February 28, 2026
Please read these Terms and Conditions (“Terms”) carefully before using ContractRadar.io (the “Service”) operated by ContractRadar (“we”, “us”, or “our”). By accessing or using the Service, you agree to be bound by these Terms. If you disagree with any part of these Terms, you may not access the Service.
Independent Service — Not Affiliated with Any Government. ContractRadar is a privately operated service and is not affiliated with, endorsed by, or in any way officially connected to the United States government, any federal agency, or any state or local government body. Government contract data displayed through the Service is sourced from publicly available procurement portals. All government names, seals, and identifiers referenced are the property of their respective government entities.
1. Description of Service
ContractRadar provides a subscription-based platform that monitors federal government procurement portals and delivers notifications of relevant contract opportunities to registered users based on their business profile and matching criteria. The Service is intended for use by businesses seeking government contracts.
2. Accounts and Registration
To use the Service, you must register for an account and provide accurate, complete, and current information. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials and for all activity that occurs under your account. You must notify us immediately of any unauthorized use of your account. We reserve the right to terminate accounts that are found to contain false or misleading information.
3. Subscription and Payment
Access to the full Service requires a paid subscription at the rate of $30 per month (or as otherwise displayed at the time of purchase). Subscriptions are billed monthly in advance. All fees are non-refundable except as required by applicable law. We reserve the right to change our pricing with 30 days’ notice. Continued use of the Service after a price change constitutes acceptance of the new pricing. Payment processing is handled by Stripe. By providing payment information, you authorize us to charge your payment method for the applicable subscription fees.
4. Free Trial
We may, at our sole discretion, offer a free trial period. At the end of the trial period, you will be charged the applicable subscription fee unless you cancel before the trial ends. We reserve the right to modify or discontinue the free trial at any time without notice.
5. Cancellation
You may cancel your subscription at any time from your account profile page. Cancellation takes effect at the end of the current billing period. You will retain access to the Service until that date. We do not provide refunds for partial months or unused portions of a subscription period.
6. Acceptable Use
You agree not to:
- Use the Service for any unlawful purpose or in violation of any regulations.
- Reproduce, duplicate, copy, sell, or resell any portion of the Service without our express written permission.
- Attempt to gain unauthorized access to any portion of the Service or its related systems.

7. Intellectual Property
The Service and its original content, features, and functionality are and will remain the exclusive property of ContractRadar and its licensors. Our trademarks may not be used in connection with any product or service without prior written consent. Contract data sourced from government databases (including SAM.gov) remains in the public domain; our proprietary value lies in the aggregation, matching, and notification systems we have built.
8. Disclaimer of Warranties
THE SERVICE IS PROVIDED ON AN “AS IS” AND “AS AVAILABLE” BASIS WITHOUT ANY WARRANTIES OF ANY KIND, EITHER EXPRESS OR IMPLIED. WE DO NOT WARRANT THAT THE SERVICE WILL BE UNINTERRUPTED, ERROR-FREE, OR FREE OF VIRUSES OR OTHER HARMFUL COMPONENTS. WE MAKE NO WARRANTY REGARDING THE ACCURACY, TIMELINESS, COMPLETENESS, OR RELIABILITY OF ANY CONTRACT INFORMATION DELIVERED THROUGH THE SERVICE. CONTRACT AWARD DECISIONS ARE MADE SOLELY BY THE RELEVANT GOVERNMENT AGENCIES; WE MAKE NO REPRESENTATIONS REGARDING YOUR LIKELIHOOD OF WINNING ANY CONTRACT.
9. Limitation of Liability
TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY APPLICABLE LAW, CONTRACTRADAR AND ITS OFFICERS, DIRECTORS, EMPLOYEES, AND AGENTS SHALL NOT BE LIABLE FOR ANY INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES, INCLUDING LOST PROFITS, LOSS OF DATA, OR LOSS OF BUSINESS OPPORTUNITY, ARISING OUT OF OR IN CONNECTION WITH YOUR USE OF THE SERVICE, EVEN IF WE HAVE BEEN ADVISED OF THE POSSIBILITY OF SUCH DAMAGES. OUR TOTAL LIABILITY TO YOU FOR ANY CLAIMS ARISING FROM OR RELATED TO THE SERVICE SHALL NOT EXCEED THE AMOUNT YOU PAID TO US IN THE TWELVE (12) MONTHS PRECEDING THE CLAIM.
10. Third-Party Services
The Service integrates with third-party services including SAM.gov (U.S. General Services Administration), Stripe (payment processing), and AWS (infrastructure and communications). Use of these services is subject to their respective terms and privacy policies. We are not responsible for the practices of these third-party services.
11. Data Accuracy
Contract information displayed on ContractRadar is sourced from SAM.gov and other public government databases. While we strive to provide accurate and up-to-date information, we cannot guarantee the accuracy or completeness of this data. You should independently verify any contract details before taking action. Discrepancies should be confirmed directly with the issuing government agency.
12. Termination
We reserve the right to suspend or terminate your account and access to the Service at our sole discretion, without notice, for conduct that we believe violates these Terms or is harmful to other users, us, third parties, or the integrity of the Service. Upon termination, your right to use the Service will immediately cease.
13. Governing Law
These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the United States and the state in which ContractRadar is incorporated, without regard to its conflict of law provisions. Any disputes arising under these Terms shall be resolved through binding arbitration in accordance with the American Arbitration Association’s rules, unless prohibited by applicable law.
14. Changes to Terms
We reserve the right to update or modify these Terms at any time. We will notify you of material changes by posting the new Terms on this page and updating the “Last updated” date. Your continued use of the Service after any changes constitutes acceptance of the new Terms. If you do not agree to the revised Terms, you must discontinue using the Service.
