SAM.gov doesn’t cover state. State portals don’t talk to each other.
SAM.gov has saved-search email alerts, and they work — for federal-only bidders with narrow NAICS codes and matching agency vocabulary. Once you bid across states or cities, the system breaks. Each state portal has its own login, its own alert format, and its own filter logic. Most city portals don’t have alerts at all.
The alternative — checking each portal by hand every day — doesn’t scale. Most small businesses try it for a month, miss a contract, and stop. The contract that closed without you bidding is the one you needed most.

Save a search and switch on alerts
Save a search — your keywords, place of performance, and filters — and switch on alerts for it. Setup takes a couple of minutes. The AI reads the full posting by meaning, not just keywords.
Each new posting gets scored against your saved searches
Semantic embedding match (does the contract description match the meaning of your saved search?) and the place of performance you saved roll into a 0–100 compatibility score. Only matches above the alert threshold make the cut.
You get an email alert as soon as there's a match
As soon as we find a contract matching one of your saved searches, you get an email alert — so you only hear from us when there's something worth bidding on. Each contract shows the title, agency, deadline, NAICS, set-aside type, compatibility score, and a deep link to the full posting. Click through to your dashboard to rate the match, set its bid status (Interested, Bidding, Submitted, Won, or Lost), and track your whole pipeline by stage — right where you found the work.
Past awards built in
Federal matches also pull historical awards from USAspending.gov for the same agency and NAICS when available. You see who won similar work and at what amounts before deciding whether to bid. State and local awards aren't tracked in USAspending.gov, so this context only applies to federal opportunities.
