<p>The City of Pomona is seeking informal quotes from qualified companies for Traffic Signal Equipment used within the City, in accordance with the Scope of Service or Specifications stated herein. The City seeks to award a five year agreement.</p><p> </p><p>The City reserves the right to award this contract, all or in part to multiple contractors.</p> <p><strong>VENDOR’S LEAD TIME:</strong> Vendor’s lead time exceeding the City’s required delivery lead time may result in the bidder being deemed non-responsive. Multiple vendors may be selected based on shorter lead time. Vendors that do NOT deliver within the stated lead time may be rated as poor performance for future bids. </p>
