Description
<p>The City of Pomona ("City") is seeking proposals ("Proposals") from qualified Lead Inspector and Risk Assessor ("Proposers") to perform lead inspection and risk assessment services for various housing improvement projects. All properties are built prior to 1978 and are located within the City of Pomona. Funding assistance is being provided under one or more funding sources to include: (1) Home Investment Partnership Program; (2) Community Development Block Grant; (3) Lead-Based Hazard Reduction and Healthy Homes Supplement Grant Program; (4) State CalHome Program; and (5) Permanent Local Housing Allocation Program. The units may consist of single-family homes and multi-family units.</p> <p>The objective of this project is to determine the existence, nature, severity, and location of lead-based paint hazards in an entire residential dwelling or child-occupied facility provide a written report explaining the results of the investigation<span style="color: #EE0000">, </span>and options for reducing lead-based paint hazards in housing unit(s) that were inspected. </p><p> </p>
