Martin County intends to award a Single Source determination to Deanna Freeman, LLC for the continuation of Community Redevelopment Area (CRA) Planning and Development Review Consulting Services. Services include project-specific support throughout the CRA development review process, from concept planning and pre-application discussions through application review, resubmittals, staff coordination, workshops, Neighborhood Advisory Committee meetings, and public hearings, as well as assistance with the evaluation and clarification of CRA codes, policies, and procedures.
