Description
Martin County is soliciting proposals from qualified and experienced firms to provide emergency management and homeland security planning and exercise services, including plan development and updates, public outreach, partner coordination, and the development, conduct, and evaluation of Homeland Security Exercise and Evaluation Program (HSEEP) discussion-based and operations-based exercises and related documentation. Services shall comply with applicable local, state, federal, and industry requirements. Funds for this contract may be derived, in whole or in part, from federally funded Emergency Management Performance Grants (EMPG), administered through the Florida Division of Emergency Management (FDEM). Grant funding is awarded annually and is subject to availability, award amounts, and applicable federal and state requirements. Awarded firm(s) shall comply with all applicable grant provisions, terms, conditions, and requirements, including all applicable flow-down requirements.
