Description
In accordance with Section 287.055, Florida Statutes, the Consultants’ Competitive Negotiation Act (CCNA), Martin County (County) is soliciting Requests for Qualifications (RFQ) from qualified firms to provide licensed professional engineering services for transportation projects. Services may support the County’s Capital Improvement Program (CIP) and other operational and maintenance needs and may include road, signal, bridge, and neighborhood restoration design; traffic studies; streetscaping; and design in accordance with applicable local, state, and federal grant standards. Other related professional engineering services may be requested as needs arise. The selected firm(s) shall function as an extension of the County’s resources by providing qualified technical and professional personnel, including appropriately licensed professional engineers, as required. Services shall be authorized on a Task Order basis, with each Task Order identifying the specific assignment and services to be performed.
