Ramsey County seeks proposal responses to (1) complete and update the County’s Economic Competitiveness and Inclusion Plan (ECI Plan) resulting in an award to one firm and 2) provide a range of specialized Economic Development consulting services (Strategy & Economic Development, Real Estate Planning & Development, Infrastructure & Product Development, and Analytics, Technology & Compliance) to multiple firms, to be provided on an as needed basis, for any County department, in the categories described in this document.
