Description
Ramsey County seeks a Contractor to conduct one survey per year with its residents or businesses to measure behaviors, knowledge, and understanding around solid waste management and waste reduction. Resident surveys take place in even years, and business surveys take place in odd years. The contractor assists in developing the survey, implements the community survey, and analyzes the results for County review and use.
