Description

Manatee County is seeking a qualified professional consulting firm to provide planning services for the development and implementation of a Form-Based Code (FBC). Services will include stakeholder and public engagement, review and analysis of existing County regulations, development of FBC standards and related documents, and support throughout the public hearing and adoption process.
