PUBLIC NOTICE DYMEC TRAFFIC NETWORK SWITCHES AND DC POWER SUPPLIES CITY OF WEST DES MOINES INFORMATION TECHNOLOGY SERVICES DEPARTMENT The City of West Des Moines, Iowa, is seeking qualified vendors to provide Dymec traffic network switches and compatible DC power supplies for use in the City’s traffic network infrastructure. Bids must be submitted electronically through the City’s IonWave e-bidding system at https://wdm.ionwave.net. Paper or emailed bids will not be accepted. Bid Closing: 2:00 PM (Local Time) on 23 October 2026 Bid Title: Dymec Traffic Network Switches and DC Power Supplies RFB Number: N/A Specifications and submittal requirements are available online through the City’s IonWave portal. The City intends to make a single aggregate award for the switches and power supplies. Bidders must provide both items and all required quantities. The City reserves the right to accept or reject any or all bids, to waive irregularities or technicalities, and to make an award determined to be in the best interest of the City. Questions regarding this Request for Bid shall be submitted via email to bob.baker@wdm.iowa.gov by 16 October 2026. Responses that materially affect the requirements of this Request for Bid will be issued through IonWave by written addendum. Only written addenda issued by the City shall modify the requirements of this solicitation.
