Notice of Request for Bid - Vehicle Notice is hereby given that sealed bids will be received electronically before 10:00 am (Central Time) on October 19th, 2026, for the purchase and delivery of one (1) current production model year All Wheel Drive (AWD)/Four Wheel Drive (4WD) small, four-door SUV as requested by the City’s Finance and Housing Department. The City will only accept bids submitted through the City’s online e-procurement portal system (Ion Wave). The City will not accept email, fax, or hard-copy submittals. Bidders are solely responsible for submitting their response correctly through the electronic system (Ion Wave). The City bears no responsibility for delays or errors in the Bidder’s response submission. Bids will be opened on October 19th, 2026 at 10:00 am (Central Time). The City will evaluate bids promptly after opening. After an award is made, a bid summary will be sent to all bidders. Bid results will not be given over the telephone or prior to award. Bids may be withdrawn any time prior to the scheduled closing time for receipt of bids; no bid may be modified or withdrawn for a period of sixty (60) calendar days thereafter. Terms and/or additional costs associated with warranties or other specifications must be clearly stated on the specification worksheet.
