PUBLIC NOTICE EMERGENCY GENERATOR SYSTEMS INSPECTION AND MAINTENANCE CITY OF WEST DES MOINES DEPARTMENT OF PUBLIC SERVICES The City of West Des Moines, Iowa, is seeking qualified contractors to provide Emergency Generator Systems Inspection and Maintenance for various City-owned facilities. Bids must be submitted electronically through the City’s IonWave e-bidding system at https://wdm.ionwave.net. Paper or emailed bids will not be accepted. Bid Closing: 2:00 PM (local time) on Wednesday, October 14, 2026 Bid Title: Emergency Generator Systems Inspection and Maintenance Specifications, scope, and submittal requirements are available online at the City’s IonWave portal. The City reserves the right to accept or reject any or all bids, to waive irregularities, and to award in the best interest of the City.
