Description

The City of Des Moines Public Works Department is soliciting sealed bids from qualified bidders for as-needed plumbing services relating to the construction and/or maintenance of City owned sanitary sewer mains per the terms, conditions, and specifications of this Request for Bids.  Responses will be accepted through this electronic bidding system by the close date and time listed. Faxed, emailed, mailed or hand delivered responses will not be accepted.
