The City of St. Joseph, Missouri is seeking proposals from qualified nonprofit organizations interested in leasing and operating the City-owned Horace Mann / Bartlett Center Building, which was previously utilized as a nonprofit childcare center. The City's primary objective is to ensure the continued availability of quality childcare services within the community while encouraging innovative and collaborative uses of the facility that provide additional benefits to residents. Bid proposals must be submitted electronically through the City of St. Joseph's electronic bidding system as it helps to expedite the bidding process and alleviate errors.
