The City of St. Joseph, Missouri is seeking from qualified contractors to provide all labor, materials, and equipment all labor, materials, and equipment required for the complete retube on (1) Superior boiler at City of St Joseph wastewater treatment plant. A mandatory prebid meeting and on-site visit will be held on October 30, 2026 at 10:00 a.m at the Water Protection Facility located at 3500 759 Highway, St. Joseph. Bid proposals must be submitted electronically through the City of St. Joseph's electronic bidding system as it helps to expedite the bidding process and alleviate errors. No paper, emailed, or faxed submissions will be accepted. The City of St. Joseph reserves the right to reject any or all bids. The City of St. Joseph is an Equal Opportunity Employer.
