The City of St. Joseph, Missouri is seeking proposals from qualified contractors for the rehabilitation of 3 owner-occupied homes for our Community Development Department. Bids must be submitted electronically through the City of St. Joseph's electronic bidding system as it helps to expedite the bidding process and alleviate errors.
