The City of St. Joseph, Missouri is seeking proposals from licensed, qualified companies to secure pricing on the Annual Bid for Body Armor and External Vest Carriers for Police Officers. Bid proposals must be submitted electronically through the City of St. Joseph's electronic bidding system as it helps to expedite the bidding process and alleviate errors.
