The City of St. Joseph, Missouri is seeking proposals for the lease of between 10 and 20 acres of City-owned land near Rosecrans Memorial Airport for haying purposes. Bid proposals must be submitted electronically through the City of St. Joseph's electronic bidding system as it helps to expedite the bidding process and alleviate errors.
