INVITATION TO BID BID NUMBER: 26-A-004 Separate sealed bids for Pratt Remmel to Zeuber Road Connector will be received by Pulaski County until 2:00 P.M. local time, Tuesday, November 10, 2026, at the Pulaski County Administration Building, 201 S Broadway, Ste 401, Little Rock, AR 72201. Bids received after this time will not be accepted. Bids will be publicly opened and read aloud at this location following the 2:00 P.M. deadline. The project will generally consist of the construction for the connector road leading from Pratt Remmel to the Zeuber Road/Fraizer Pike Intersection. At this location, the development will include a four-way signalized intersection. Earthwork, erosion control, road construction, storm drainage, signalization, and other improvements as shown in the Contract Documents will also be included as part of the project. A Mandatory Pre-Bid conference is scheduled for 10:00 A.M. local time, Tuesday, November 3, 2026 at Pulaski County Road and Bridge, 3200 Brown Street, Little Rock, AR 72204.
