Description
Professional planning and consulting services to complete a comprehensive update of the City’s LDC. The project will include reviewing and revising existing zoning and land development regulations, eliminating outdated, duplicative or conflicting provisions, improving development review procedures, and ensuring consistency with the City’s adopted Comprehensive Plan and applicable Florida Statutes. The consultant will also assist with public engagement, coordination with City staff, preparation of draft ordinances, and presentations to the Volusia County Association for Responsible Development, Planning and Zoning Board and City Commission through adoption.
