This scope of services describes and defines the range of responsibilities of the CONSULTANT and the COUNTY in connection with the Project Development & Environment (PD&E) Study for Edwards Road from S. Jenkins Road to Selvitz Road located in St. Lucie County, Florida. The study is to prepare a complete and comprehensive PD&E study for the future widening of Edwards Road in compliance with FDOT procedures to meet the requirements of the Federal National Environmental Policy Act (NEPA) and the underlying laws and regulations should any federal or state funding be applied to subsequent phases of this project.
