Project Description: The Public Improvement, upon which bids are requested, generally consists of pavement rehabilitation, pavement patching, trail repair, a pedestrian hybrid beacon, storm intakes and storm sewer, and curb ramps, located at Kirkwood Boulevard SW from Rolling Ridge Drive to 66th Avenue. The Engineer’s opinion of probable cost is $1,380,000. Early Start Date: Upon Receipt of Notice to Proceed Late Start Date: 03/22/2027 Milestones: Milestone 1 (Cannot Start Prior to 6/14/2027) - Phase 2A - Closure of the intersection of Rolling Ridge Drive and Kirkwood Boulevard.
