Project Description: The Public Improvement, upon which bids are requested, generally consists of reconstruction of 34th Street SE and construction of shared use path and sidewalk along the east side of 34th Street from north of Terry Drive to Cottage Grove Avenue as well as water main replacement, storm sewer extension, segmental block retaining walls, driveway reconstruction, and general site grading and restoration. Located at 34th Street SE from north of Terry Drive to Cottage Grove Avenue. The Engineer’s opinion of probable cost is $4,270,000. Early Start Date: Upon Receipt of Notice to Proceed Late Start Date: 04/05/2027 Milestones: Milestone 1 (11/12/2027) - All 34th Street SE paving complete and open to through traffic. Final Completion: Working Days - 150
