The Engineer’s opinion of probable cost is $4,530,000. Early Start Date: Upon Receipt of Notice to Proceed Late Start Date: 03/29/2027 Milestones: Milestone 1 (11/24/2027) - Completion Of All Work For Stages 1 And 2 With The Exception Of Permanent Seeding And Plantings Outside Their Seeding And Planting Windows (Ellis Blvd Nw Open To Traffic) Final Completion: Completion Date - 10/27/2028
