The City of Davenport is accepting bids for downtown pedestrian ramp snow clearing for the upcoming winter season. All work must be done in strict accordance with the specifications. The contract period will be from the date of the award through April 30, 2027. Bids must be submitted through the City of Davenport e-bidding system (https://davenport.ionwave.net); no emails, faxes, paper copies or any other submission method will be accepted. Within the system, each tab of the Invitation to Bid must be reviewed and responded to accordingly.
