Description
The City of Davenport is accepting bids from qualified vendors for concrete floor repairs at the Duck Creek Golf Course maintenance facility. Work under this project includes the furnishing of all labor, materials, equipment, and services necessary including, but not limited to, removal of damaged concrete, cleaning and preparing surfaces, reinforcing , and pouring concrete repairs. A pre-bid meeting will be held on September 29, 2026 at 8:00 AM at Duck Creek Golf Course Maintenance Facility located at 4100 E Kimberly Road, Davenport, Iowa. This will be a time to visit the location, review the plans and specifications, address any questions or concerns, and discuss the City’s expectations. All contractors intending to bid on this project are encouraged to have a representative in attendance. Bids must be submitted through the City of Davenport e-bidding system (https://davenport.ionwave.net); no emails, faxes, paper copies or any other submission method will be accepted. Within the system, each tab of the Invitation to Bid must be reviewed and responded to accordingly.
