<p>The intent of this Request for Quotation is to purchase one ground penetrating radar and a</p><p>survey cart for the City of Santa Rosa in compliance with the specifications, terms, conditions</p><p>identified within the RFQ. This is an all or none award.</p> <p>Requests for clarification, approved equals, exceptions, and deviations must be submitted during the Q&A/Requests for Information phase of the solicitation identified in the Bid Schedule.</p><p><strong>Requests shall be submitted utilizing the Q&A tab of the online bidding system</strong> (PlanetBids) with any supportive documentation emailed to the Buyer.</p><p>Requests will only be received and submitted online through PlanetBids Q&A and any subsequent documentation should be submitted prior to the close date and time as identified in the Bid Schedule.</p>
