<p>The City of Santa Ana (City) is seeking high-quality, destination-oriented tenants (Proposer) capable of transforming the Santa Ana Regional Transportation Center (SARTC) into an active, visitor-serving environment that attracts both daily commuters and regional guests.</p> <p>Download Solicitation Document(s) at "Documents &amp; Attachments" tab for complete submittal instructions.<br><br>PLEASE BE SURE TO READ THE SOLICITATION DOCUMENT IN ITS ENTIRETY AND SUBMIT ANY &amp; ALL QUESTIONS OR CLARIFICATIONS THROUGH PLANETBIDS PRIOR TO THE Q&amp;A DEADLINE. Questions regarding this Solicitation shall be submitted via PlanetBids prior to the posted Q&amp;A Deadline.
