Description

<p>The City of Santa Ana is seeking qualified individuals or entities (Proposers) for the<br>purchase and development of vacant properties in the City of Santa Ana.</p> <p>In addition to electronic Bid submittals, (5) hard copies of Proposals and (1) hard copy of Deposit(s) shall also be sent by courier service OR hand delivered on or before the RFP deadline. On the Proposal Due Date, City Staff will be available to receive hard copy Proposals and Deposits from 9am-12pm and again from 2pm-4pm at Ross Annex 3rd Floor.
