Description
<p>The intent of this Request for Quotation is to issue a Purchase Order for printing services for the</p><p>City of Santa Rosa in compliance with the scope of work, terms, and conditions identified within</p><p>the RFQ. The City intends to award the lowest responsive and responsible bidder based on the</p><p>lowest total price listed on the cost sheet. The resulting Purchase Order will have an initial term</p><p>of two years, with the option to extend for up to three additional one-year terms, for a potential</p><p>total term of five years. This will be for printing services only; No postage/mailing services are</p><p>needed.</p> <p></p>
