PUBLIC NOTICE MICROSOFT 365 BACKUP SOLUTION CITY OF WEST DES MOINES INFORMATION TECHNOLOGY SERVICES DEPARTMENT The City of West Des Moines, Iowa, is seeking qualified firms to provide a secure, enterprise-grade backup and recovery solution for the City’s Microsoft 365 Government Community Cloud (GCC) environment. The required solution will provide comprehensive backup and recovery coverage for SharePoint Online, OneDrive for Business, and Exchange Online, with optional coverage for Microsoft Teams, Microsoft Entra ID, and on-premises Active Directory. All proposals must be submitted electronically through the City’s IonWave e-bidding system at https://wdm.ionwave.net. Paper or emailed proposals will not be accepted. Proposal Closing: 2:00 p.m. CST, Monday, November 23, 2026 Proposal Title: Microsoft 365 Backup Solution The City reserves the right to accept or reject any or all proposals, waive irregularities, request clarification or additional information, negotiate with one or more proposers, cancel or amend the solicitation, and award in whole or in part in the best interest of the City.
