PUBLIC NOTICE REPLACEMENT SHADE CANOPIES CITY OF WEST DES MOINES PARKS AND RECREATION DEPARTMENT The City of West Des Moines, Iowa, is seeking qualified vendors to provide replacement fabric shade canopies for existing shade structures at Holiday Aquatic Center and Valley View Aquatic Center. Bids must be submitted electronically through the City’s IonWave e-bidding system at https://wdm.ionwave.net. Paper or emailed bids will not be accepted. Bid Closing: 2:00 PM (Local Time) on Wednesday, October 28th, 2026 Bid Title: Replacement Shade Canopies Specifications and submittal requirements are available online through the City’s IonWave portal. The City reserves the right to accept or reject any or all bids, to waive irregularities or technicalities, and to make an award by line item, by facility, or in any combination determined to be in the best interest of the City. Questions regarding this Request for Bid shall be submitted through email to trevor.hoth@wdm.iowa.gov by Monday, October 26th, 2026. Responses that materially affect the requirements of this Request for Bid will be issued through IonWave by written addendum.
