JOLIET, IL 60431, WILL BE RECEIVED AT THE WILL COUNTY PURCHASING DEPARTMENT, WILL COUNTY OFFICE BUILDING, 302 N. CHICAGO ST., 2ND FLOOR, JOLIET, IL 60432, UNTIL THE HOUR OF 2:00 P.M., THURSDAY, DECEMBER 17, 2026. MANDATORY A Mandatory pre-bid conference will be held on site at the River Valley Justice Center located at 3200 McDonough St. Joliet, IL 60431 on Friday, November 20, 2026, at 1:00 P.M. Attendance is mandatory. Please pre-register your attendance by 4:00 P.M. Tuesday, November 17, 2026, by sending an email to purchasing@willcounty.gov . All attendees are required to provide a valid State issued Driver’s License or Identification Card that matches the pre-registration.
