Description

The project generally consists of the removal and replacement of the existing chiller system and associated components serving the Judicial Center. The selected firm will be responsible for delivering the project in a manner that maintains required building cooling and continuous courthouse operations while meeting the County's quality, safety, schedule, and operational requirements. MANDATORY A mandatory Information Conference will be held at 9:00 AM, October 29, 2026, at the Manatee County Administration Building, 1112 Manatee Ave West, Dolphin Room, 5th Floor, Bradenton, FL 34205. A mandatory site tour will be conducted immediately following the Information Conference. To participate in the site visit, Bidders shall complete the attached Exhibit 3 - Background Waiver Form by 5:00 PM, Wednesday, October 21, 2026, and email to Dave Janney, Dave.Janney@mymanatee.org. Only those individuals who have submitted the required forms and received approval will be permitted to attend the site visit. The visit will be limited to two (2) representatives per potential bidder.
