Columbia County hereby requests sealed bids for migrating an existing IDN-Premisys access control system to a Genetec Synergis platform. This involves replacing Premisys controllers (hardware from IDN/Schlage or older Mercury platforms) with Genetec-compatible intelligent controllers (e.g., Synergis Cloud Link and Mercury LP-series panels), while retaining maximum field infrastructure like wiring, readers, and locks. MANDATORY A mandatory pre-bid meeting is scheduled for Tuesday, November 3, 2026, at 9:00 a.m. (CST) at the County Administration Building, located at 112 East Edgewater Street, Portage, WI 53901.
