Description

Columbia County hereby requests sealed bids for snowplowing and removal operation for all County owned parking lots in the City of Portage, WI for the 2027 winter season (January 1st to May and October to December 31st). MANDATORY A mandatory pre-bid meeting is scheduled for Monday, November 2, 2026, at 9:00 a.m. (CST) at the County Administration Building, located at 112 East Edgewater Street, Portage, WI 53901. Meet in the lobby. All contractors who wish to submit a bid MUST attend.
