Description

The City of Ames is soliciting proposals from qualified contractors to provide snow and ice removal and related services at Ames Transit Agency bus stop locations and end point turnarounds within the city of Ames during the 2026/27 winter season with the option for 4 additional 12 month contract renewal periods. All responses must be submitted before the deadline. No late responses will be reviewed. No bidder may withdraw their bid for at least sixty (60) days after the scheduled closing time for receiving bids. The City of Ames reserves the right to reject any or all bids, to waive informalities, and to make such awards as it shall deem to be in the best interest of the City.
