Description
The City of Ames is accepting proposals from qualified vendors for ready to eat pizza delivery for the Parks and Recreation Department. The contract period will be December 1, 2026 through November 30, 2027. The City of Ames reserves the right to renew this contract for up to four additional 12-month contract periods, if agreeable to both the City and the Vendor at renewal time. Prices are to remain firm throughout each contract period. All responses must be submitted before the deadline. No late responses will be reviewed. No bidder may withdraw their bid for at least sixty (60) days after the scheduled closing time for receiving bids. The City of Ames reserves the right to reject any or all bids, to waive informalities, and to make such awards as it shall deem to be in the best interest of the City.
