<p>Project consists of the Amenity Recreation Center including buildings, pools, landscaping, play</p><p>structure and surface, hardscapes and site electrical.</p> <p>Notice is hereby given that the City of Irvine has determined that all bidders on the Irvine Gateway</p><p>Recreation Amenity Center to be undertaken by the City of Irvine must be pre-qualified prior to</p><p>submitting a bid on the Irvine Gateway Recreation Amenity Center project. It is mandatory that all</p><p>Contractors who intend to submit a bid, fully complete the pre-qualification questionnaire, provide</p><p>all materials requested herein, and be approved by the City of Irvine to be on the final qualified</p><p>Bidders list. No bid will be accepted from a Contractor that has failed to comply with these</p><p>requirements.<br><br>See attached RFQual Document for details.</p>
