<p>The City of Irvine (hereinafter referred to as the “City”) is requesting proposals to establish a contract for <strong>Great Park Ancillary Structures Final Design Services</strong>, with work to commence on or about February 2027 and be completed in Fall of 2029. The City reserves the right to extend the contract for up to four (4) additional one (1) year periods. Scope of Services in accordance with ATTACHMENT I, attached hereto.</p><p> </p><p>The selected Prime Architect Consultant shall provide all plans, specifications, and cost estimates necessary for the City to bid and construct ancillary facilities at the City of Irvine Great Park, including one Cultural Terrace restroom, seventeen (17) public restroom buildings, five (5) prefabricated maintenance storage buildings, two (2) maintenance buildings, and five (5) trash enclosures located within the Heart of the Park (HOP), based on the City-approved prototype and schematic designs. The services shall include design development through bid-ready construction documents, Construction Support, and the final as-built plan set, and tasks specified in ATTACHMENT I.</p> <p><span style="color: rgb(26, 26, 26)">Any requests for clarification or other questions concerning this RFP must be submitted via PlanetBids no later than the date and time specified on the cover page of this RFP. No verbal requests or requests made in any other format will be accepted. Questions must be submitted individually and not in a paragraph format nor combined in a single submission. Significant interpretations or clarifications and responses to questions received by the deadline will be addressed via addenda to this RFP, which will be released and posted on PlanetBids under the “Addenda/Emails” tab.</span></p>
