Government contracts for roofing in Idaho

Roofing contracts in Idaho typically cover open roofing bids for TPO and EPDM membrane replacement, standing-seam metal re-roofs, hail-damage repair, leak investigations, and warranty-period roof maintenance. Federal posts in this category fall under NAICS 238160 (Roofing Contractors), and the bulk of the work flows to DoD installations, the U.S. Postal Service, and VA hospitals. Re-roof projects under $4M frequently set aside for small business, with bonding requirements that favor regional roofers over national chains.

Idaho currently has 1 open roofing contract in our database, with 1 added in the last 30 days. Volume in smaller markets is lumpy: a single base or facility can drive a quarter of annual postings. The most active buyer is FOREST SERVICE (1 open posts), but contracts also come from federal civilian agencies and state-level departments operating in Idaho.

Beyond federal opportunities, much of the roofing work in Idaho is posted through the Idaho Division of Purchasing IPRO portal, with recurring buyers including the Idaho Transportation Department and Boise State University. Idaho consolidates most goods-and-services buying through the Division of Purchasing rather than agency-level offices. ContractRadar pulls federal postings from SAM.gov alongside state and local feeds so a roofing contractor doesn't have to monitor each portal manually.
