<p>The City of Sunnyvale (the “City”) is seeking Proposals from qualified consultants to perform a study to evaluate the feasibility of implementing pedestrian scrambles during school peak hours at two signalized locations: Sunnyvale-Saratoga Road/Fremont Avenue (near Fremont High School) and Homestead Road/Kennewick Drive (near Homestead High School). A pedestrian scramble is a traffic signal phasing that temporarily stops all vehicular movements to allow pedestrians to cross the intersection in any direction at the same time.</p> <p>Please read instructions in the RFP document before submitting.&nbsp; Include all required documentation.&nbsp;&nbsp; Submission of proposal documents must be completed by 3:00 PM on the due date.&nbsp; For problems submitting, call Planet Bids Customer Service @ (818) 992-1771</p>
