Description
The City of Pomona (the ”City”) is soliciting bids from qualified companies to perform As-needed Street Lighting and Traffic Signal Crane services throughout the City. The purpose of the contract is to provide Crane Services and operator on an “as needed” basis throughout the City of Pomona. Crane Services shall include a qualified operator for the equipment required. The City reserves the right to award this contract to multiple contractors. The Contractor shall provide all required equipment and labor to provide Crane Services, including highly skilled crane operators and staff to pick-up or erect street light and traffic signal poles. The equipment shall only be operated by certified operators, and must be in compliance with all applicable Federal, State, and local regulations. The City seeks to award a 5-year contract. Required Qualifications and Experience: * Be registered with the Department of Industrial Relations at the time of submitting bid. * Livescan of employees working on project is required. * Include Department of Industrial Relations number in bid as well as Contractors State License Board number on subcontractors form. * Must obtain a city of Pomona business license before start of project, must also provide proof of insurance. * Job must be bid at prevailing wage
