Description
Design and administer construction documents for a multi-phase campground development, with the initial phase consisting of approximately 30 full-hookup RV campsites (water, sewer, electrical, Internet), a centrally located bathhouse, entrance improvements, internal roadways, and associated infrastructure. The campground entrance will be from the Saluda Riverwalk Phase II Trailhead facility currently under construction.
