READVERTISEMENT for Carvers Creek State Park – Long Valley Farm Initial Development- The project consists of the repair and restoration of a c.1930 residential building (for change of use to become a park visitor center); the repair and restoration of a c. 1850 open pavilion structure; exterior repairs to a c. 1900 grist mill structure; construction of a new toilet/comfort station building; new boardwalk structure; paving approximately one mile of access road; construction of a new visitor parking lot; new concrete sidewalks, and other site improvements.
