Description

Provide the complete renovation and restoration of the swimming pool to provide a structurally sound, safe, durable, accessible, and fully operational aquatic facility. The project will include removal and replacement of the existing pool interior surface, waterline tile, water-depth marker tile located within the pool, water-depth marker tile located outside the pool/on the pool deck, and pool coping; inspection of the exposed pool structure and circulation/drainage components; repair or replacement of damaged components as necessary; replacement of main drain covers; and improvements to pool access features. NON-MANDATORY A Non-mandatory conference will be held at 1350 John Tyler Hwy, Williamsburg, VA 23185on Monday, October 19, 2026 @ 10:00am. Bidders are strongly encouraged to walk the project site.
