<p><span>The City of Torrance is seeking a qualified consulting firm to complete the 2027 update of its Pavement Management Program (PMP) and provide asset inventory services. The PMP update will evaluate current pavement conditions throughout the City’s roadway network and provide a consistent, data-driven framework to support long-term maintenance planning, rehabilitation prioritization, and capital improvement budgeting. The asset inventory services will capture street-level imagery used for feature extraction and the creation of a GIS-based inventory.</span></p> <p>Vendors must complete table on Page 17 of the Proposal Submittal forms.</p>
